Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery

All orders (NON-PREORDERS) are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders (PREORDERS) are processed within 3 to 4 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

International Shipping

 

Currently not offering international shipping. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within so many days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jstokay.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you may not cancel or change the contents of your order once it has been finalized and confirmed.
Stickers and apparel items are non-refundable, however, if you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent upon request.
